While you are holidaying in South Australia, as well as visiting Jurlique Farm, make time to explore the many great Adelaide Hills attractions. Here are some of our favourite things to do in Adelaide Hills.
Hahndorf
Australia’s quaint historic German Village Hahndorf is a great place for lunch and shopping after your Jurlique Farm Tour. Walk the length of the beautiful tree lined Main Street which is full of interesting shops, restaurants, cafes and local produce outlets. Stop in at the Adelaide Hills Visitor Information Centre at 65 Main Street, Hahndorf where the friendly staff will help you plan your time in the Adelaide Hills.
Wineries
There are over 40 wineries to explore in the Adelaide Hills. Some of our favourites are Hahndorf Hill, The Lane Vineyard and Sinclair’s Gully. Download the Adelaide Hills Cellar Door Guide for a winery map and guide.
The Cedars
Hans Heysen’s is one of Australia’s most famous artists. The tour of his historic home and gardens The Cedars is fascinating.
Australian Wildlife
Get up close to native Australian animals in beautiful bush land settings at Cleland Wildlife Park or at Warrawong Wildlife Sanctuary.
Local Food and Produce
There is a strong gourmet food, farmers markets and food gate movement in the Adelaide Hills. Meet the maker and pick up food straight from farm gate outlets and markets around the Adelaide Hills.
